Triple Chocolate

Would you eat this triple chocolate bagel?! Two layers of rich chocolate cream cheese, with chocolate ganache on top and crispy chocolate biscuits inside.٩꒰ʘʚʘ๑꒱۶

  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, remove from microwave and stir it until dissolves. (you can also use the stovetop method. If you don't know how, feel free to contact me(ง'̀-'́)ง !!
  • Whisk the softened cream cheese and sugar until the sugar dissolves, then mix the other ingredients (sour cream, cream, and chocolate)together.
  • Put the mixture in a piping bag / another container.
  • Place it in the fridge.
  • Crispy Chocolate Biscuits
  • Melt the butter. Meanwhile, place the digestive biscuits in a zip bag/ or a plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to whack the biscuits until they are crushed thoroughly.( If you have a food processor, it will be great!)
  • Mix Chocolate Powder into the biscuits.
  • Stir the melted butter into the chocolate biscuits until it resembles wet sand.
  • Place it in the fridge until it becomes slightly cold.
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  • Boil the cream. Tips: *it heats up so quick, keep an eye on your cream* when it's just starting to bubble at the edges, give it a swirl. Once that comes to a bubble one more time, we're already to pour it into the chocolate pieces.
  • Put chocolate pieces into a bowl. Pour the cream into the chocolate pieces.
  • Use anything to cover the bowl, let it sit for 5 minutes. (let it melt the chocolate)
  • 5 minutes later, stir the mixture until it well combined. Tips: if the chocolate cannot be melted completely, use the water bath method 1. Place your the chocolate mixture in a heatproof bowl.( stainless steel or tempered glass) 2. Set the bowl directly in the hot water
  • Assemble the bagle
  • First layer- Chocolate Cream Cheese. Second Layer- Chocolate biscuits. Third layer- Chocolate Cream Cheese. Fourth layer- Chocolate Ganache.
