Crumble(original/matcha)
- Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F.
- Cut the Frozen butter into small pieces.
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Use your fingertips to combine the ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Tip: press the butter pieces into the flour, breaking them up and coating them with flour.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Strawberry Cream Cheese
- Whisk the cream cheese until a bit white.
- Add cream and puree, and mix it until thick and well combined. Assemble the bagel
- First layer- Strawberry Cream Cheese. Second layer- Matcha Crumble. Third layer- Original Crumble.
