As usual, digestive biscuit is a must.

- Sour Cream (on top)
- Biscuits Crumble
Instructions
- Whisk the softened cream cheese and sugar until the sugar dissolves, then mix the other ingredients (sour cream, cream, and lemon juice)together.
- Put the mixture in a piping bag / another container. Sour Cream
- Whisk all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves.
- Freeze the mixture for 15 minutes. Biscuits Crumble
- Melt the butter. Meanwhile, place the digestive biscuits in a zip bag/ or a plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to whack the biscuits until they are crushed thoroughly. If you have a food processor, it will be great!
- Stir in melted butter into biscuits until it resembles wet sand. Assemble the bagel
- First layer- Cheesecake. Second layer- Sour Cream. Third layer- Biscuits Crumble.
