As usual, digestive biscuit is a must.

  • Sour Cream (on top)
  • Biscuits Crumble

  • Whisk the softened cream cheese and sugar until the sugar dissolves, then mix the other ingredients (sour cream, cream, and lemon juice)together.
  • Put the mixture in a piping bag / another container.
  • Sour Cream
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves.
  • Freeze the mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Biscuits Crumble
  • Melt the butter. Meanwhile, place the digestive biscuits in a zip bag/ or a plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to whack the biscuits until they are crushed thoroughly. If you have a food processor, it will be great!
  • Stir in melted butter into biscuits until it resembles wet sand.
  • Assemble the bagel
  • First layer- Cheesecake. Second layer- Sour Cream. Third layer- Biscuits Crumble.
