Creamy Strawberry Cream Cheese served with rich, crispy ,and buttery Matcha Crumble!!

  • Matcha Crumble
  • Original Crumble

    Crumble(original/matcha)
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F.
  • Cut the Frozen butter into small pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Use your fingertips to combine the ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Tip: press the butter pieces into the flour, breaking them up and coating them with flour.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Strawberry Cream Cheese
  • Whisk the cream cheese until a bit white.
  • Add cream and puree, and mix it until thick and well combined.
  • Assemble the bagel
  • First layer- Strawberry Cream Cheese. Second layer- Matcha Crumble. Third layer- Original Crumble.
